I'm Plat, 160 something. Waiting for the season to finish. Hopefully place in diamond next season. Legit this is what happened to me. My friend who is a diamond player (level 300 something) did first 3 placements with me. We lost all 3 placements because I was like level 25 back then (noob to overwatch). And we got matched with like level 500's etc. Ofc we were gonna lose. Pretty sure I'm going to place diamond next season. Literally carrying the team 90% of the time (prob cuz I also verse people the same level as me).
