Id say Groundwar
Currently working on finishing up on my first ever refund service done, and it's by Mizu.
I believe he has the best price around the market (5%) and his English is satisfactory if that's what you're also looking for considering a few other sellers lack in English making it hard communication wise.
There are some complications going on with my refund however, but I believe it's because of the company's end.

Already pulling out and if I play my cards right I'll have a full time job and two temp jobs coming.

@Moltisanti is the best refunder, used him over 20 times and he's been amazing

See, the main problem is that I'm in EU, most of these people mentioned only deal with U.S. and CA.
Don't know many refunders, the refunders i knew were scammers, welcome though
