.dll edit/recode

hey guys I was wondering when making a hack you guys make the code then compile it right? Well when you do it becomes a .dll right? Well the point is I have a aimbot hack that did work then got detached and I wanted to make it work again by putting a new bypass on it so is it a program that can allow someone to read/edit a .dll/hack? please help me. Thanks if you do.

Possible? Sure. Anything is possible. Worth the time? No. Definitely not. We all have the old hacks laying around in storage but the bottom line is if it was worth the time and effort it would have been done.
