Just go to your bank and tell them exactly what happened. You bought something and it never was delivered you tried contacting the seller with no success. Bank will side with you 100%. Aftwards so your paypal doesn't get fucked call them and explain the situation. Have done this exact thing twice now.

This has happened to me before. How often do you do transaction with your account? I think that is one of the main factor of winning a dispute. I saw some people saying that you should state that you were buying digital goods, because they won't protect you from digital sales. However, I was honest and they know that all my transactions has been legit and they side with me and refunded the money. Hopefully it goes well with your dispute!

Just explain the situation. Or say your nephew made the transaction and it wasn't you who authorised it

charge back through your bank
then call paypal so you dont get limited
