Hi Liz,
I need a little bit of help. So I have 2FA on my account to not be hacked (of course), but I'm in a little problem now. I recently got a new phone as my old iPhone started glitching out and upon getting new phone, I forgot to transfer the Google authentication information from the old one onto the new one at the Apple store. So now I have no Google authentication, and I don't quite remember my recovery phrase or whatever to disable and re-enable it. Right now I'm only on here because I have a static ip recognized by the forums. I was wondering if you could manually disable or help me in some way so I can get the Google auth on my new phone.
