GOTV CAN SPECTATE YOU CHEATING ON ANY SERVER?
Hello everyone! I think i discovered a new way people can get overwatch banned on ANY server. I have been noticing that every time i get a fishy kill, i get 'GOTV' as a spectator. 
I don't know if this means they record and watch fishy people and see if they can ban them, or its just there to scare you. It actually kind of scared me! haha. I just want some feedback whether this is known, me being stupid, or a breakthrough on getting banned. Thanks!

Gotv spectates the one who lasts survives and stays until he dies.
Gotv checks angles. Its used to vav auth kick if your angles are changing too much per tick.
