Easy chargeback if wanted

I use Venmo almost every day at my university. It's so easy to pay people for anything like "Hey can you pay for my McDonalds I'll venmo you back" or something along those lines. Chargebacks are an issue for business, but obviously not with friends. But if you trust a person then Venmo is God.

PayPal is for people that want to get cucked by their shitty security.

I'd love to use PayPal, but I hate to feel nervous about getting limited by them. It's so annoying.

Well I mean people can easily charge back through PayPal too. It's not something that is really "hard" to do. I haven't had any troubles with kids wanting to chargeback while I've been on here, so I should be good for now.

i wouldn't use venmo for MPGH stuff.

IT's really good to use when you don't have cash or someone pays for you so you just venmo them back

and for those people who don't know, venmo is owned by paypal

I prefer Circle over venmo tbh

Cons:
1. Venmo is not anonymous.
2. Easy Charge-backs so only do it with people you trust.

Pros:
Easy to setup and send money.
No fees? As far as I've seen. I've sent over $1k on venmo so far never been charged with fees.

Paypal had a monopoly, it'll change just give it time.
