Try to ask experienced refunders in the User Services section, most of them can do stores they don't have in their list if you ask them. If you wanna try it your own just try never arrived.

Lol, with signature and real one is kinda hard to do anything in this case.

Claim the skateboard is not in the box is the only thing you can do. I don't think anyone is going to help for 10$, when they are probably going to investigate, take forever, etc.
