Apple keep calling

I got email about refund on Thursday. Apple keep calling me on Thursday and Friday 5 times.
Should I worry about this? They left voice mail and asked what I got empty box or my package never arrived.
Also I don't get refund. It's 5 days since Thursday

Refunder did it for me. I don't answer because I don't speak well. My refunder said everything is ok if I got email "we are creating a refund"

I think it's holidays in United States. Hope to get money tomorrow

Why do people not understand business days? Business days is Mon-Friday. Memorial day is a holiday.... Your refund will process in 3-5 days. Which would be Wednesday at the earliest and Friday at the latest being the 5th day.
