hack name request

Hi today I was on a Garry's Mod server and there was a guy running around dancing. And he started to shoot something under people and it removed their weapons is was like a bunch of sparks under you and is stripped the weapons. The server didn't have PAC or E2 so I was wondering the name of the hack and where to get it?

Doesn't sound like anything public but the dancing can be done by spamming the act command and stripping weapons is a fairly well-known exploit in the sandbox gamemode.

Maybe some an exploited addon of course private.

I know exactly what this was and I have it, it doesn't have a name, it's just an exploit
