TSC refund

Hey guys,

Got a refunder to refund my TSC order, TSC is still investigating the issue after more than 10 days the order was delivered.

Apparently today, they want pictures of the box..

What do you think is happening ? is it a failed refund ?

p.s. can't return the item as its under investigation :/

Some investigation can last long. Just stick to what your refunder tells you to do. Worst case they ask for a police report.

Your refunder will tell you what to do.
And no it doesn't mean it is failed.

Say you threw the box away. they might or might not deny your refund but nothing you can do at this point of investigation.
