editing the prod code

So I want to work on my own client and change a few things but how would I open the swf? I am going to use Flash Develop and i need the as3 proj file. Like in the crazy client source it has the as3 file and the src. how would I get that from the un-edited swf

You must have to reverse engineer the client, and fix all the bugs.
Or try search on github for Rotmg Client. to see if anyone has already done it.

slick1015's github has the source for X10.3. You'll have to update it from there on your own.

But the methods in that post are going to be different from compiling an as3 source (like crazyclient). If you are looking to just add a few small hacks/features to a client you might want to just go the route i show using JPEXS to decompile and edit the code. Or if you want to add more complicated hacks/features you can learn how to compile the actual as3 code that others have posted. Both methods have their uses.
