- Copy of the proof of purchase (scan or photo of the sales receipt or VAT invoice). If you lost the receipt and purchased your product from an authorized online store or a major retail store, you may contact them to give you another copy of your receipt.

- Product P/N number:
- Product M/N number:
- Send image of the device showing the Serial number or PID
- Send image of the whole device that includes the case reference number

*Please note that PO Box and APO Box addresses are not accepted.
