Download ulta app
Login to ulta.com with account via the web
Change account info to your name when you're going to redeem in case they ask for ID to match account to use rewards
Make sure you get you get enough stuff in-store to need to pay at least $0.01 out of pocket or the rewards won't work
Login to the ulta app and present member id at checkout while letting them know you have points that you want to use
Remove your name from account info
