Best VPN?

Been looking into some VPN's and I would like to know what VPN do you guys think is the best/keeps you truly secure? Also reasoning would be nice, not just "VPN ... is my favourite, I only use it." Just like why did you pick it over other VPN's?

Vypr Vpn is my favourite,I only use it

ExpressVPN and local VPN provider with SoftEther.

Just so you know, their is not a single VPN that will keep your IP fully anonymous. If you want to be anonymous for any reason, you need to use a custom browser and a custom PC because of fingerprinting. Also, you have to keep in mind logging. Some VPNs say there are no logs, but that is nearly impossible. Keep this all in mind when choosing.
