[Help]Decompiling Programs

I'm wondering if there is a way to take an .exe, and 'decompile' it in VB. My friend made a program in VB and keeps bragging about it won't show me the code for it. I wan't to decompile the .exe he e-mailed me just to see how he did it. If there is any way to do it, help would be appreciated.

Sidenote: i dont reccomend decompiling programs, just makes you look noobish becuz u cant code ur own programs and havta steal code from others
