can i get overwatch just by activating spinbot? also how many reports needed for overwatch?

according to their reddit post they're using/testing machine learning and its capabilities to detect antiaims/spinbots/etc and they you'll get put in overwatch queue
It just put you into the overwatch queue after detecting the AA / spinbot and you'll get OW banned at 95% of the times.
