How would I make this work?

So I Have this Blockstorm hack I got from here
http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=869213

It's an Assembly-CSharp.dll
I tried injecting it while in a game and it doesn't do anything.

Any idea how I would use this?

It's from 2014.
Most likely won't work anymore.
