Can I use the SteamCrack program to get the Head Case DLC for free ?

Yes you can.

However the skins are not visible in your in game inventory.

You just need to manual add the dlc name and id and then it should work,because there is no dlc in game list

I had not seen the new release...I thought they were talking about exclusive skins lol
