[Help] How to make a Cross Mod?

Like M60 to UZI or UMP. Mk.48 to P90 or something like that!
I need to know!

Mayby start with texture mods ?

Texture take a lot!! And i dont want Texture!
i see the ca na forum. but i have to rename UZI_ANIBASE.LTB To PVMLA_MK.48.LTB?
