I have been falsely accused and banned I refunded the customer and he posted a thread under false pretenses and I need my account now

Let's get something straight here. We are in this predicament because YOU failed to uphold your part of this transaction, you said you were going to refund me that same day and you didn't, then you subsequently ignored me until I had to pursue drastic measures.
Nothing here is false.
However, this guy did refund me. But only after he saw the scam report.
