Coinbase alternative?

Im trying to look for an alternative for coinbase, where u can buy btc with credit card and easily send btc to someone. Coinbase is charging crazy fees right now. I was gonna buy an account from someone for $1 and the fees are like $4.

That's just BTC fees in general. It has nothing to do with Coinbase. Coinbase uses the average calculated fee, this is why people use ETH or LTC for smaller transactions.
