i got permanently banned for smaking a lot of accounts and suspicious transactions i suppose . but i need to know how i make a new one. because i made one on the lte of my phone and it got banned same time i created it

Once you're limited it's hard to get another account.

Buy a stealth one or make a new one with a different ip name, address etc and dont link same bank or cards
