Failed Logitech SE?

So I bought A serial Number from a seller on MPGH for Logitech G933

This is what they replied

All the information that you sent was great in moving the case along, but the serial number provided is not in our system. The serial number should be located [Under left earphone pad]. If you could take a clear picture of it and send it that would be great. Also if could you get a copy of the original receipt to show the actual purchase date and send a clear picture or screen shot of it that would help out a lot also.

I'm not too sure but either you were given a bad SN or you need to just follow through on it using photo manipulation.

Any Idea where I can get a photo? I tried talking to the guy who sells S/N with picture but he didn't replied.

Ok listen ezezez fix. Go to ebay and message a bunch of people selling the product your SE'ing and ask them for a picture of the serial number. Say you need it to check if the item is still covered under warranty, and then just wait until one of them responds with a picture. While you're waiting, go to orionpid . com/ amazon/ and make a fake receipt with a gift card (remove spaces for the link). Remember the purchase date you chose, and go to the actual Amazon website and copy/paste the title of the product into the receipt generator. Also copy/paste the price, and look up how much sales tax would be on the item (if your state has sales tax, I live in Cali so mine does for Amazon). Take a gyazo or lightning screenshot of the amazon receipt and save the image and save the ebay image the seller gave you of the serial number, then send those to Logitech. This isn't a failed refund, this is normal you just SLIGHTLY fucked up, just say it was an accident. Good luck, feel free to contact me for more help.

I just buy a serial and contact Logitech. Contacted them Thursday and tomorrow I'll receive my 4th Megaboom

Logitech has given me a lot of trouble lately. They claim they started a recovery list the last couple days. They're asking people to send in defective products before they send anything out. Any way around this?

@op its a bad serial then, just try another one.

Just try again with another SN or assistant

Just get a New S/N and go to another livechat with a different person helping u
