[QUESTION] Are retail codes pattern based?

So are the retail codes pattern-based, or are they random 17 number digits after the first two letters, EX: BB(bestbuy)17<--- 17 random numbers.

I'm working on cracking the retail codes that were posted here on the forums. Thank you who ever posted the used retail codes.

Thats not true^^ but it is very very hard to crack..

some algorithm was definitley used to make them if you look at them

plus they would never take the time to make all of them by hand

its definitley not going to be easy though

Not true. They didn't gain access to our server. They just stole a moderator's account. Hardly hacking. He was an idiot on the first place by using the same pass, and the site that gave the password could of been sued by us.

and that was over a year ago, so i dont know if you're talking about anything recent, and if you are then you are mistaken
