why does it say virus detected ?

Hi, I have a question. How do I avoid a VAC ban? I got a VAC ban on my other account because I used a hack. I was playing on comp matches so I could get my rank (I was using glow at the time). Every 2 wins it would toggle cool down for 20 hours. Is it possible I got overwatched?

been using it since 45 mins after it came out. No VAC. Whenever I cheat I only use DL's that were less than 24 hours old
