I need a SOCKS5/Proxy with a residential IP address

I need a SOCKS5 or RDP with a normal residential IP (ie. from verizon/comcast etc..).
Does anyone know of a service that does this?

It needs to be an actual service, that will give me my own private IP address. I'm not looking for a list of open proxies that are banned on blacklists.

I know a VPN provider that offer a dedicated IP, it's not anonymous though, it still shows as going through a VPN server, but the IP is fresh and yours only.

And people in hell want ice water.
