sorry, but in my opinion only @T-800 is active in this section that's why H@ should open recruitment...

1. They are not administrators, they are minions.
2. Regarding extra help onto that section, we'll bring that up into discussion in the future if needed.
3. The best you can do is report a certain post for it to be looked at with the reason. A GM will deal with it accordingly.
