Cancel Fitbit

Why do mine keep getting canceled? i am 3/3 in receiving emails but 0/3 on having them shipped out. Is there something im doing wrong? Any tips ive used its been gifted and the display is charging it isnt responding. Do i have to use a different approach to not be cancelled? First account owner changed email second the owner synced device and the 3rd is 3 days ago last sync still no luck
