Pretty sure this is the Circle Pay referral scheme, already done mine

EDIT: it does work, but you just need someone to send the £25 back and forth with, you are just using OPs referral code so you can both pocket £5 each.

Yes it is.
The method works but you have to do it with someone trustable because you have to send a total of 25€/£/$ to get then 5€/5/$5

I've send you a request on Skype. If it is about Circle, I was also planning to do this with someone.
Hope we can work this out.

Clarification: you do not need to have 25 dollars/euros/pounds

Welcome to MPGH

Add me on skype by searching for "oliboliaqwhack@hotmail.com" and adding me as a contact. If you have any problems you can choose to email me instead (Skype is much easier though)
