most ive seen from personal experience is that youre getting some ingame stuff for free, but even if it stays in your library you prob wont be able to start it then
just like with games that are for free for like a weekend on steam, you cant play those after the free playtime ended

I bought overwatch around that time too and I regret buying it so if they're similar in any way I'd rather not spend money on it..
