It's the same exact thing as refunding a steam key, he can't deactivate anything.
He can't , sony dont care about this so they don't deactivate the key.

Once i had a key revoked but it was pc, im guessing its not the same ps4.
sometimes g2a responds it depends on the seller and im pretty sure kinguin always respond but i still managed to do them
