HelpBackdoor?

Everytime my gmod server starts, i get this message in console:

Someone tricked me into typing something fishy in the console and i think i have gotten a backdoor...

Just went to https://squish.spaceⓘ and turns out i am backdoored?

What did you type in console? And yes, it's a backdoor.
