Depends where you're applying at, usually they ask why this job, how did you find out about us, and then ask what you would do in certain situations, etc.
If it's a job, with a company that has reviews somewhere, I'd contact some of the people that left reviews for advice.
Typically, they will possibly question your resume. Not in a bad way of suspecting it, but in a way where they want you to explain what you exactly did in previous work, and what skills you learned, what tasks you did, etc. You need to play that part out a bit (i.e. exaggerate) and it will look good. Be logical and believable about it obviously.

For my graphic design position, (apart from the designer jargon) they asked a lot about working with others, and my previous work experience and what I thought I could bring to them that no one else could, and how I could improve their workplace, socially and through my designs.
