customize mw2 scopes

I need some help i was going to customize my mw2 scope but im not sure wot program thats needed to use coul'd u guys help me out linking a inside link or tell the name of a program that works for it ?

I just need to know how to open the .iwi files.

well i got asked if i could make some scopes for a clan that have there logo ingraved but seems like it will remain a secret, i didnt rly want done scopes i got the hunting scope from that post it works gr8 and looks awsome so thx to the one that made it

bah im trying out to open the files now with pakscope and then open the with a pain program but paint dont work so il dling Paintshop pro now il try when it rdy if it works
