FedEx Investigation is really BITCH.
I hated dealing with it. Once they - or Driver claimed they delivered the package even they legitimately drop the package in the wrong address, the company will keep contact FedEx to dispute the investigation and I have received two decline during investigation. So there is no way out of this, If Company decided to take blaim on carrier and not decided to give refund, You will realize you have to take accept that and call Credit card chargeback. Because Neither the company or Fedex will be responsible for it.
