Just seeing has anyone done any recent FedEx investigations, Wanted to know if anything has changed.

Strict, Mean, Police Report, threats, etc.

I always heard they were ass hole's to deal with.

Only experienced it after I received the refund. But not really, depending on the person I guess. Just received a call- Didn't pick up, then they left a voicemail about the company. I don't bother with it.

Had my Fedex person ask me about a package that he left at the door weeks later. He asked me if it was mine and I said It wasn't (addressed to another name). Just handed me a paper with a description and tracking I just acknowledged and nothing else happened.

I'm not sure but if he saw you picked up the package he'd know you'd be lying and it would be his word vs yours. I just wait a few minutes until the driver is out of sight completely.

Recently had to close an investigation and it took less than 5 minutes. If you act professional and know what you're doing they're fine.

Only depend's of price and ordered item's.

Depending on the store, if you do not like the investigation, call them and call it off.

Ya, My FedEx driver is a dick about me he stares at my house for a few minutes before taking over just waiting for me to pick that shit up everytime and its always the same guy ha.

Cedes hasn't been my favorite. Driver has asked me for proof of identity and I was blown about it. Like it's my house why would I sign for it then?

FedEx Investigation is really BITCH.
I hated dealing with it. Once they - or Driver claimed they delivered the package even they legitimately drop the package in the wrong address, the company will keep contact FedEx to dispute the investigation and I have received two decline during investigation. So there is no way out of this, If Company decided to take blaim on carrier and not decided to give refund, You will realize you have to take accept that and call Credit card chargeback. Because Neither the company or Fedex will be responsible for it.

These investigation's are nothing
They see it's delievered - everything is good

Recently had a refund, fedex didn't do anything.
