Is this possible to do ??

I have 3 VAC's on my main Steam account, and I am going to admit I did cheat and it was a rotten thing to do. I recently came home from my Cabin and I loaded Steam and I had a notification about a Ban that was applied to my favourite game that I have spent 2,000 hours on and not cheated once. I emailed the Dev's about it and I am awaiting a reply from them but I have a theory to get rid of all the bans and things like that. So here it is:

I have that Steam Cracker that someone releeased as a way to add games to your own library that is game shared. So I have this installed, now what if I simply uninstalled Steam and then made a new account and cracked my new steam account with the tool that was released and i use my other account that I have to game share the games, is this possible to do? I want to play the games that I am banned on as I have countless hours on them aswell. I have learned my lesson for cheating and I will not do it again. But is my theory possible to do? I think it is personally but what do you guys think? Thanks MPGH!

@Family Guy i would just let the devs email you back. Any VAC on games you own wont be lifted and any modification will lead to worsen pushiment :3
