❓ Newbie with paypal

Well, hello there!

I've got a few questions regarding paypal when it comes to trading stuff and receiving money on paypal.
To be perfectly honest I'm kinda scared of chargebacks and I'd like to know more about them before I start using paypal, considering I'm mostly using giftcards for my trades.

Questions would be:
1. Let's take example: I sell an account, someone sends me 50$ for example, trade goes smoothly but after a few weeks/months I open paypal and I have -50$ because he requested chargeback, can I contact paypal and explain situation? Will providing pictures from my skype that trade went smoothly actually prove I've done nothing wrong and will they help me or will I have to pay 50$ myself?
2. I read that you can't request chargeback if money is sent through friends/family method, is that true? Also, how do I know I've received money through "friends or family method" or the other one?

I know about invoice scams already, that wouldn't work on me.

1) If they paid with their PayPal balance they have to open a dispute where you will have to prove you gave them the account, if they chargeback it's harder because that's out of paypal's control.

2) Friends and family will make you immune against normal disputes (item not received, wrong item...), however it doesn't cover you against unauthorized access (they can fake this by using a different ip that is from the same country when paying, and then disputing from their original ip) and credit card chargebacks.

While i almost never have problems with my customers (most of them have 0 rep) it's because the packages if offer are either cheap (10 euros) or lifetime support packages (and if you do this you lose lifetime package) that way they are less likely to chargeback, if you have to deal with big amounts (with small ones do this if possible too) always use stealth paypals and take the money out of that paypal account as soon as possible (if you do that too fast you might get limited)

Well I usually come to mpgh selling personal accounts or games I have no use of, stuff I used but got bored of or have multiple accounts and can't maintain playing on 2 at once, most of them are worth $50+, any suggestion for that?
Also my paypal is personal account, I don't really have any other.

What about getting my account limited if I spend money too fast, what's that?

Gaypal can block your account if you move your money too fast for 'security'

What if I spend it on some website? Also, how long would I have to wait to be able to spend it/move it to another account?

They can ban your account for "security", and they do freeze your funds, if you get limited prepare to send them drivers license and proof of address if you don't want to send them that you'll have the option to withdraw the funds to a bank account 180 days after the limitation.

Don't do it in a website if you don't have any card linked, they will refuse your payment and then you will see a message in your main pp page saying your accont has been limited

So how long would I approximatelly have to wait for them not to ban me? I do have drivers license and I could send that as a proof, although I wouldn't mind waiting an hour or something if it was needed to avoid all the delay while they review my drivers license etc.

I have credit card linked to my paypal account.

No bank account linked though.
