Doing an E-Commerce website on Visual Studio C# using ASP.net. Anyone knows how I can approve payments via Mastercard/VISA without paypal?

Well You Need to Do Paypal or its not possible i believe that you can get a API Reference somewhere
You can probably use something like Stripe or Braintree. Haven't looked into payment processing much, though.
