Is it possible to shop load fortune tickets ? Because i see people reporting about shop loading fortune tickets.. if you guys know plz teach me

There isn't a shop with free fortune tickets. And if there is, it would be gone right now. Most of the people who report stuffs such as shop loading are just jealous and incompetent. Don't listen to them
