Script in arma 3

Hi, t's been a couple of weeks that I try to script on arma 3 and I do not arrive that's why I ask for help, I do not know how to inject my scripts could you help me ?

I am french if somebody with knowledge also it would be only beneficial for me

Arma 3 injectors are usually paid for buddy thats the issue here you will need to buy one off someone and people usually sell them for like $50 for the good ones.
