Solved❓ Cant post thread design? (new member)

Hello, I was referred to this website to sell my service and a few weeks ago I attempted to open a thread in the user services section, but for some reason I was not allowed to post a link to my thread design (it's a png on imgur). I am assuming this is because I am a new member and this rule is in place to prevent spam / phish links / etc. I briefly skimmed the rules but I couldn't find anything pertaining this, all I saw was information about name changes and title changes! I may have posted the link wrong or somehow did something wrong while opening the thread. Any information would be helpful.

You cannot post links/images until you have gotten 15-20 posts, you can have a staff member do it for you.

I believe you won't get approved for a for sale thread as well because you don't meet the criteria.
