obviously not, as you need Origin/EA account with active, valid license, because the game's multiplayer infrastructure is sorted through that system.

But who knows if some cracked/pirated release doesn't make their own multiplayer version, that doesnt rely on the EA/Origin account system..
then you would be playing on ''cracked servers'' like you can see with many other cracked games.
I don't know if a pirated version like that exists, if not, the cracked releasers may do that at any moment, just wait and see the future.

Logically, the common cracked BF1 release are just stand-alone game files that are modified to be runnable without involving any of the EA account or authorisation steps, being fully disconnected as the makers ripped out that code after reversing it. Making a fully functional cracked multiplayer that relies on THEIR servers (cracked game releasers') is a different story and takes much more effort and reversing/research.
but I would also love to see that, so if anyone that's capable of creating such a thing reads this; please release that! Feel encouraged..
