How to record AVA?

How may I record AVA without lag, fraps does not even allow me to open the game.

Use xfires video recorder. Google it.

I SAY YOU DONT USE FRAPS GOOD IN A.V.A USE IT WITH 75 FRAPS PER SECOND

Use program called WeGame it also good recorder as fraps i heard it makes no laggs, check out on youtube.
