I can't change the proxy to a different server help plies

Is there a way/reason I have to open the config file to change the server?
Am I missing something or should it connect to the most populated server?

can you tell me how you updated krelay? i tried updating it using the newest tiles.xml, packets.xml, and objects.xml and pressing build in visual studio but i received an error when trying to open krelay to which i'm not the only one having this problem

Installed a fresh new K-relay again and still the same error
