Target Refund

Target left a Galaxy S8 on my doorstep without a signature. Should I claim never arrived/received or should I stick with the empty box method in this situation? Mostly just curious if saying it never arrived will guarantee me a unwanted carrier investigation.

if no signature then do never atrive. Empty box sound damn funny except when you have to sign and stuffs.
