By the way, if the trainer doesn't open, you will need cheat engine to open it, also if that doesn't work, there might be rootkits on your computer or EAC (EasyAntiCheat) may have blocked you from accessing it, try seeing if completely uninstalling it, restarting the computer and scan for rootkits using your AV help.
