Help with Unpacking a packed EXE in IDA

i was wondering if someone could help me unpack an exe in IDA, i tried to unpack it but all IDA Does is just crash for me, would be great is someone could help

Have you tried analyzing it in runtime with something like Olly, or identifying which specific packer it uses (PEiD works decently for it).
