MK-I EMR / MK18 Pulldowns

Does anyone have AHK pulldowns which work for these guns?

I feel that this one only works for the 556 spar, and barely even.

How could i change it to work for 7.62 MK's ?

Not sure if it's allowed, but i could offer some bitcoins for a good script.
