C# or C++?

Hey all!
Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I was looking into creating my own hacks (or extending others', with permission) and I was wondering which language I should learn: C# or C++? which one will be more useful for creating cheats? I've heard that C# would be an easier language to make a GUI in, but I'm not sure if I want to use C# or C++. Any advice?

I saw that no one answered you, yet so I will. In my opinion c++ is easier in syntax and it is being learned in schools because it is more basic because it is like extended c++ and c# is something more. If you want to make GUI C# is good because you will find many tutorials and resources how to do it in c# unlike in other languages.
You can also mix up things so make gui in c# and hack in c++ or something else.
